Community Health Needs Assessment

The Community Health Needs Assessment is done collaboratively with our Joint Venture Partners and the Pierce County Department of Health every 3 year cycle. Our Implementation Strategies help us understand the residents we serve. It informs the work ahead as we strive to meet the behavioral health needs of an ever-evolving community.

The 2022 Community Health Needs Assessment was approved by our Board of Directors in the summer of 2022 and the 2022 Community Health Implementation Plan was released in November 2022.
